We collect information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address, and profile details. Deal data, payment information, and deliverable details you enter into the app remain privately stored on your device and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We may collect device information, usage patterns, and crash reports to improve app performance. This data is anonymised and used solely for diagnostic purposes.
We use your information to provide and improve the STACX service, process your subscription, personalise your experience, send important service updates, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your personal account data is stored securely on a cloud database with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Deal data, payments, deliverables, and all activity you log within the app are encrypted and stored locally on your device — this information is accessible only to you and cannot be accessed by STACX or any of its authorised personnel.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. All locally stored app data is removed when you uninstall the app.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a copy of your data via the Export Data feature in the app, or contact us directly at thetechboxgh@gmail.com.
STACX is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
