These Terms of Service apply to all users of STACX, including creators on free and paid subscription tiers. They may be updated from time to time — we will notify you of significant changes via the app.
By downloading or using STACX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
STACX is intended for content creators and influencers to manage brand collaborations, track payments, and grow their business. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You may not use the app to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your identity or follower metrics, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
STACX offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All content, branding, and technology within STACX — including but not limited to the Rate Circles formula, AI-generated outputs, and app design — are the intellectual property of STACX and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
STACX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The rate calculations and AI-generated content are for guidance only and do not constitute financial or legal advice. We are not responsible for the outcome of any brand negotiation or collaboration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STACX and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable United Nations member country in which you reside or access the app. Any disputes arising from the use of STACX shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of your applicable country where permitted by law.
