STACX is an all-in-one creator management tool. Track your brand deals in the pipeline, log deliverables, manage payments, calculate your rates, and pitch brands — all from one place. Start by adding your first deal in the Pipeline tab.

Go to the Pipeline tab, tap the "+" button, and fill in the brand name, deal value, and status. You can then add deliverables and track payments as the deal progresses.

The Rate Calculator helps you price your collaborations correctly. Enter your follower count, choose the content type, production quality, and usage rights — it calculates a fair based rate using the Rate Circles formula.

Yes. STACX stores your account data on a secure cloud database with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest. Your deal data, payments, and deliverables are stored privately on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Only you. Your deal information, payments, and financial data are tied to your account and are never shared with brands, other users, or advertisers.

Yes. Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers.

The free plan gives you access to the core pipeline, deliverables, and basic brand tracking. Premium features like the AI Pitch Writer, Invoice Generator, and advanced analytics require an Influencer or Superstar plan.

Go to Profile → tap your plan name at the top → choose Influencer or Superstar. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and can be managed via your Apple ID settings.

Open your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → find STACX → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

The AI Pitch Writer uses artificial intelligence to craft a personalised outreach email for a brand you want to work with. Just enter the brand name, your niche, and what you offer — the AI does the rest.

STACX supports multiple currencies including GHS, USD, EUR, GBP, NGN, KES, ZAR, and more. Go to Profile → Currency to change your preferred currency.

The Pipeline tracks your deals across statuses: Prospect, Negotiating, Contract Sent, Active, and Completed. Each deal can have deliverables, payment milestones, and notes attached.
